Sign up for free

We’re going to walk you through the steps on how to claim or create your business. Whether you’re a brand new entrepreneur or a seasoned veteran, this guide will help you guarantee that your business is being represented authentically on the web

Your business may not be listed on our website yet. That’s not a problem, you can create your own brand new listing! Head to the menu at the top and click on the “Business Hub” tab
On this page, select the “Start Here” button. You will then be prompted to make an account and create your listing details
After you’re done, just wait for our team to approve your business which you will be notified of via email. Then you’re all done!

Claim and manage your listing in 4 steps

First, check to see if your business needs to be claimed. You can do this by heading to the top menu and hovering over the “Explore Hamilton” tab. Select the “View All” option in the drop-down menu. From there, you can search your business name to see if you’re already listed in our directory

If you see your business in the directory, click it to open the businesses page. Within the listing page, there will be a “Claim Listing” button. (Don’t see your business? Head to Step 5 to find out how to create a new listing)

Click the “Claim Listing” button. You will then be prompted to make an account on our website. Put in your contact details, verify your account and now all you have to do is wait for our team to approve your claim.

Once your claim request has been approved, you will then be able to log in to your business portal. On this page, you can edit your business details, add pictures, change your business hours, and even create event or job listings!
